Tommy Haas has swine flu
2009-11-03 11:16:00

Frankfurt, Germany (Sports Network) - Tennis star Tommy Haas has been diagnosed with a case of swine flu. "I did a test because I suspected that I had swine flu. The test was positive," Haas said. "Of course, it was a shock for me."

The 31-year-old German, however, said he is already feeling better.

The currently 17th-ranked Haas pulled out of this week's Swiss Indoors event and is not expected to play at next week's Masters tournament in Paris.

Haas titled on grass in Halle in his native Germany back in June and owns 12 career titles on the ATP World Tour.
