- Sweepstakes Start and End Dates: Sweepstakes begins on Display of Jumbotron messaging 12/9/2011. Entry forms can only be submitted. All entries must be received immediately after Jumbotron within two minutes.
- Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, except for New Hampshire and New Mexico, age 18 or older on 12/09/2011. Employees and independent contractor insurance and financial services agents of Sponsor, employees of agents of Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Sponsor and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and advertising agencies, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this drawing based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. - Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received. Purchase of a State Farm product will not improve odds of winning.
- Prize Details: One pair of upgraded seats in Madison Square Garden. Approximate values of new seats are $451. No prize substitution allowed by winner. Prizes are not transferable. All Federal, State, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Prize Delivery: Prize winners will receive prize from Clear Channel Broadcasting representative at a location tweeted back to the winner.
- Drawing and Awarding of Prize(s): Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing and awarding of prizes will be conducted by State Farm Marketing representatives and will take place on 12/09/2011. The decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. The prize winners will be notified via Twitter message following the drawing. Winners agree that Sponsor may use their names or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited). Prizes that are not claimed within 15 minutes of notification of winning will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen.
