Phill Kross is “known as the Professional Entertainment Quadruple Threat”.

Phill is a Professional Recording Artist, a Professional Radio DJ, an A&R Executive, and an Entrepreneur. Today you'll hear Phill as a "Professional Broadcaster," or an "On-Air Radio DJ," for the biggest CHR/Pop radio station in America, Z100Fm-(WHTZ), in NYC.

As the ambishious runt of two older brothers (Steve Kross, & NIkk Kross), Phill's radio career all started out with an internship at the tender age of 13 years old. A year later, at the youthful age of 14 years old, Phill signed his first professional radio deal and became a professional on-air DJ for K104.7Fm-(WSPK).

As enthusiastic as Phill was to learn about the entertainment business, he soon found himself working for Arista Records at the determined age of 17 years old. Phill has also worked for Epic Records, Columbia Records, and now Jive Records, and subsidiary label, Hitz Committee, in the A&R Department.

The same ambitious year of 17 year old Phill Kross, Phill also founded his first LLC entertainment company known as "Kross Entertainment, LLC", (www.KrossEntertainmentLLC.com). While working in the Radio & Record business and running his own company, Phill has also opened shows of 15,000 plus people, for Fabolous, Jagged Edged, and Soulna, as a recording artist.
