PhiLL Kross+, known as a child prodigy of the Radio & Records industry, launching his professional career at 13 years old.

A "Septuple Threat," PhiLL is a professional singer (1), song writer (2), on-air radio personality (3), DJ (4), performer (5), recording executive (6), and an entrepreneur (7), and still in his 20's!

Today you'll hear PhiLL broadcasting as an "On-Air Radio Personality & DJ," nationally for the biggest CHR/Pop radio station in America, Z100FM-(WHTZ), in NYC, (simulcasted on Siruis/XM channel 12). When PhiLL's not on-air in the radio studios, you'll find him flying from coast to coast, (NYC to LA) in recording studios, writing and recording hit songs with the biggest producers in today's music industry.

Early Radio Career:

PhiLL's radio career began with an on-air internship at the CHR/Pop radio station K104.7FM-(WSPK), a 50,000 watt station that broadcasts to five states. A year later, at the youthful age of 14 years old, PhiLL signed his first professional radio deal and became a professional on-air DJ for K104.7FM-(WSPK).

Record Industry Career:

While maintaining his on-air status in radio, a determined 17 year old PhiLL Kross+ began working for Arista Records under the notorious L.A. Reid and Jerry Blair, in pursuit of understanding the musical industry. Immediately, PhiLL was noted with "golden ears" from top executives, by being able to hear a hit record early on. With a recognized gift for hearing hits and finding talent, PhiLL went on to work in the A&R Departments for Jive Records/Hitz Committee Records under MeMpHitZ, Epic Records, and Columbia Records, still in his early twenties.

Young Entrepreneur:

Ambitious and driven with an unquenchable passion for music and entertainment, seventeen year old PhiLL also founded his first mulit-media and entertainment company known as, "Kross Entertainment, LLC". He integrated aspects of his radio and record experience into this entrepreneurship. PhiLL, and Kross Entertainment, have performed at private events, NYC's Time Square to LA's Hollywood, for prestigious media and entertainment companies, including CNN, NBC, ABC, HBO, Clear Channel, and Trump National, to mention a few. Kross Entertainment, LLC continues to thrive amongst other Kross Kompanies currently launching and still in development, (Signature K Records, LLC / Kross Notes Music Publishing, LLC / Kross Management System, LLC, amongst other Kross Kompanies still in development).

Singer & Songwriter:

PhiLL studied vocal lessons with private voice teachers at established music conservatories since he was 11 years old. At age 16, PhiLL met Pam Murphy, (co-owner of The Hudson Valley Conservatory) and felt honored to be taken under her wing as a vocal student. In High School, he auditioned for "Select Choir," and was chosen to be part of the talented group. It wasn't long before PhiLL opened stadium size, sold-out shows with 15,000 plus people, for Fabolous, Jagged Edged, and other notable artists, as lead soloist with his own back-up singers and dancers. Now, with a catalog of hit songs from today's biggest producers, (RedOne, Chris Rojas, KNS, Billy Mann, Damon Sharpe, Lil Eddie, DeeKay, Cutfather & Jonas Jeberg, Rich Keller, and Dr. A-Hawk to mention just a few), PhiLL has created a musical venue to capture the hearts and minds of a time-less musical generation to soon be released.

Today:

Right now is the most exciting time of PhiLL's career, working with the Best of the Best in Radio at "The World Famous Z100" and working on a new album with amazing producers!
