Lindsay Lohan fuels more rumurs of a romance with Max George after posting a picture of the two of them in a hotel room.

The pic shows the Mean Girls star holding a camera, with two fingers in front of her face, as The Wanted hunk makes a face behind her.

Things seemed to have gone quiet on the Lo-Max front recently, but the picture raises new speculation about their relationship.

The 26-year-old offered no explanation for the photo, which may have been taken a while back.

But insiders say that the romance is still on – and that Lindsay went to Manchester to meet Max’s family earlier this month.
