Man of Steel Henry Cavill gave some new deets about all the craziness he went through to be Superman:
Five months before shooting there was varying stuff which ended up being mass building and then leaning down.
Throughout the shoot it was just waking up and making sure I got an hour in [of exercise] before I went to work. Then a horrible eating phase …where we really, really leaned down. It was exhausting. They didn't force me to give anything up. They just cut my calories right down to 2,500 [a day]. And keep in mind, only a few months ago I'd been up to 5,000. So it was a big drop… It was hard but it paid off."
So what did he do to celebrate his regime ending? Cavill said: "I had an apple pie, a tub of ice cream and a full pizza.

Rapper Kanye West believes he is "undoubtedly" one of the most influential people in the world and has likened himself to the late Apple computers founder because of his power in the music and fashion industries.
He told the New York Times newspaper: "I think what Kanye West is going to mean is something similar to what Steve Jobs means. I am undoubtedly, you know, Steve of Internet, downtown, fashion, culture. Period. By a long jump. I honestly feel that because Steve has passed, you know, it's like when Biggie passed and Jay-Z was allowed to become Jay-Z.
"I've been connected to the most culturally important albums of the past four years, the most influential artists of the past ten years. You have like, Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, Henry Ford, Howard Hughes, Nicolas Ghesquière, Anna Wintour, David Stern."
Kanye, whose first child with his girlfriend Kim Kardashian is due in July - went on to claim he was going to turn his genius into a billion-dollar empire in the style of Steve because he wants to live up to his self-imposed responsibility of being the ultimate trendsetter.
The hip-hop star added: "I think that's a responsibility I have, to push possibilities, to show people, 'This is the level that things could be at.' So when you get something that has the name Kanye West on it, it's supposed to be pushing the furthest possibilities.
"I will be the leader of a company that ends up being worth billions of dollars, because I got the answers. I understand culture. I am the nucleus."

Angelina Jolie is laying down the law.
The actress has banned Brad Pitt from inviting three of his buddies — Quentin Tarantino and actors Jonah Hill and Philip Seymour Hoffman — to their wedding.
“Angie wants her wedding to be perfect, and that applies to the guest list as much as anything else,” said an insider.
“She respects Brad’s right to be friends with whoever he wants, but there’s no way she’s allowing any of these guys to attend their wedding.
“The official line she’s giving is that this is an ‘intimate celebration for only the closest friends and family.’ But the brutal truth is that she considers these three to be bad influences on Brad.
“Angie doesn’t want to see these guys around. And that’s very tough for Brad to accept, because these are people he cares a lot about and wants to be part of his special day.”
Brad is “quietly fuming” but is letting Angelina call the shots because he doesn’t want to cause her any stress right now.
“Years ago this would have sparked a huge argument,” the insider added. “But Brad’s not willing to upset her considering everything she’s been through lately.
