And there you have it...a very dapper-looking Chris Brown in court today in connection with his alleged beating of Rihanna.  I guess what they say is true...looks can be deceiving.  Because looking at Chris in those pictures, you would never suspect that he would beat a woman.  He's so clean-cut and wholesome-looking.  He always has been. His entire career has been built around that upbeat, positive and wholesome image.  Yet the reality is...he's in court, accused of physically beating his girlfriend.  Read the story from People Magazine and watch the video of Chris in court below:

A solemn and nervous-looking Chris Brown stood Thursday before a Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner after being charged with felonies in the alleged beating of girlfriend Rihanna. 
Brown, 19, did not enter a plea, and his arraignment was delayed until April 6. But the commissioner issued a protective order against the singer, saying, "Mr. Brown, you are not to annoy, harass, molest, threaten or use force or violence against anyone." 
Brown, wearing a gray suit with a white handkerchief, stood next to his attorney Mark Geragos and answered only, "Yes" and "Yes, ma'am," to Commissioner Kristi Lousteau's procedural questions. 
Rihanna, 21, did not attend the five-minute session, but her lawyer, Donald Etra, was in court. He did not request a more restrictive order that Brown stay away from her. The couple have reconciled since her alleged beating. 
Asked on the way out of the courtroom how Rihanna was holding up, Etra said, "She's doing great. She is making sure her rights are being protected at every stage of the proceedings." As for why Rihanna didn't want a stay-away order, he said, "She did not feel a stay-away order was necessary." 
The L.A. District Attorney's Office announced earlier Thursday he was being charged with two felonies ? assault and making criminal threats ? in the alleged beating Rihanna last month. 
If convicted, Brown faces anywhere from probation to a maximum four years and eight months in state prison, DA spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said. 
The formal charges come almost a month after the couple argued early the morning of Feb. 8, just hours before Rihanna and Brown were both scheduled to perform at the Grammys.

Yes, even after that picture of Rihanna's battered face, numerous sources are reporting that Chris Brown and Rihanna are back together again.  I hear that the decision could be made as soon as next week whether Chris will be charged with domestic violence or not.  If she and Chris are indeed back together again, Rihanna may not cooperate with the investigation and she may even testify that the fight was her fault and not his.  But even if she does do that, he could still be charged with domestic violence because that picture above does not lie. So again, word has it that Chris and Rihanna are trying to work things out and as we speak, are both at Diddy's Miami Beach Star Island home with their friends.  Here are the pics to prove it!

I'm all for love conquering all and everything, but I have to tell ya...I don't think it's a good idea for Rihanna to get back together with Chris.  If he was indeed the one who beat her in the picture above, she can't approve of that behavior.  And getting back together with him sends the message that she approves of him allegedly beating her.  It sends the wrong message to her fans and impressionable little girls and boys who look up to her and Chris Brown.  I'm just not cool with that message.  It'll be interesting to see the outcome of this whole ordeal. I hear that Chris has already started anger management classes.  And his scheduled court date is March 5th.  I really would love your opinion of them allegedly getting back together.  Also, how do you feel about Diddy letting them use his home to work out their problems?  Let me know your thoughts. We've all been waiting to see just how much Rihanna was allegedly beaten by Chris Brown.  Well TMZ finally got a copy of her picture immediately after she was abused and here it is...

How can Chris Brown explain that away now?  He can't.  There's no excuse.  We all see the proof now and it looks like he may be in BIG trouble...depending on just how much Rihanna want's to cooperate with the investigation.
